Gate Fee Policy
Controls whether an outstanding balance actually blocks entry at the Gate or on a Bus scan. Both default to 0 — deny on any balance, from day one of the term — until set otherwise.
Balance must exceed this to be denied — e.g. set to 20 to ignore small stray balances.
No one is denied for unpaid fees until this many days after the fee term's start date.

Staff scanning students onto a bus will pick from this list — no student-to-bus assignment yet, any active bus can be used to scan any student. "Driver Name" is just a label here, not a login — create an actual account for the driver under the Staff tab.

Create New Staff Account
Staff accounts can use both Gate and Bus scanning — there's no separate role for each, so any staff member can cover for another if someone's absent. Every scan they perform is stamped with their name.
A temporary password will be shown once — the staff member must change it on first login.

Deactivating blocks their login immediately. It does not delete their record — past scans still show their name.
This sets school-wide grading policy — actual score entry happens in the Gradebook (this tab) and each teacher's own My Scores view.
Weights & Scale
Continuous Assessment + Exam must add up to 100%.
CA Components
What teachers enter per student — e.g. Mid Test, Class Work, Homework, Group Work. Their max points don't need to total 100; they're automatically scaled to the CA weight on the left.
